Return & Exchange Policy

What is your Return Policy?
You can return any item for a refund/exchange, within 15 days of receiving your original order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Can all items be returned?
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
. Socks and Shoe Care Product's
. Shoes with metal toe cap
. MTO (made-to-order) shoes
. Any items that have been worn and hence re-sell-able
Please check product descriptions before you order. Any items we may have to send back to you will also incur delivery costs.
Need a return authorization form?
Click here to request a new copy of your return authorization form. Please indicate the exact items you will be returning.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our premises. Please make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged during transport.
Have you received my returned items?
Once your return parcel has been received and inspected in our warehouse, we will send you an email with the confirmation.
When will I receive my refund/ exchange?
All items are inspected upon arrival to check if they are in an unsuitable condition. Only after approval will we authorise returns or exchanges. 
We will issue any full refunds by way of the original payment method.
Exchanges are approved after the inspection of your return, we will then need 2-3 days to process your new shipment.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
